Terms of Service

Effective date: July 29, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Time4Tracking. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use Time4Tracking

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. The account owner is a parent or legal guardian who is responsible for the family account and for the student records within it. Students may be given their own limited login by the account owner; those student logins are used under the owner's control and responsibility.

What the service is — and isn't

Time4Tracking is a record-keeping and organization tool for homeschooling. It is not legal, educational, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for knowing and meeting the home-education requirements of your jurisdiction; compliance checklists and jurisdiction data in the app are informational aids, not authoritative legal guidance, and may be incomplete or out of date.

Your account

Keep your login credentials confidential and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use. You're responsible for activity under your account and for people you invite to it.

Plans, billing & cancellation

The Sprout plan is free. Paid plans (Bloom, Thrive, Flourish) bill monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; plan changes are prorated by the processor. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period — we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Prices may change with notice; applicable taxes may apply.

Your content

You keep ownership of the records you enter. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for having the right to upload any files you add.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to access other families' data, no disrupting or probing the platform, no uploading unlawful content or malware, and no using the service to violate anyone's rights. Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or terminated.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis; we may modify or discontinue features over time. We'll aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Time4Tracking is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on compliance information in the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you'll have a reasonable window to export your data before it is deleted (see the Privacy Policy for retention).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the effective date and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
