Nevada requires a one-time notice of intent to the school district; after that there is no annual reporting, testing, or required evaluation.

What the Nevada process looks like
1.Establish the program
File the one-time notice of intent
File a one-time notice of intent to homeschool with the local school district (or the state Department of Education, per current procedure), including an educational plan of the subjects to be covered.
Withdraw from prior school (if applicable)
Withdraw the child from any current school.
2.During the year
Teach the required subjects
Provide instruction in English, math, science, and social studies at an appropriate level. No testing or annual reporting is required after the one-time notice.
