Maryland的办理流程
1.Establish the program
File notice with the superintendent
Sign and submit the home-instruction notification to the local superintendent at least 15 days before beginning, and choose district supervision or an approved umbrella.
Withdraw from prior school (if applicable)
Withdraw the child from any current school.
2.During the year
Teach required subjects and keep a portfolio
Provide regular, thorough instruction in English, math, science, social studies, art, music, health, and PE, and keep a portfolio of materials and work samples.
3.End of year
Portfolio review
If under district supervision, make the portfolio available for review up to twice a year; if under an umbrella, follow that organization's review process. No state standardized test is required.
