Hawaii的办理流程
1.Establish the program
Notify the local school principal
Submit Form 4140 (notice of intent) to the principal of the public school the child would otherwise attend before beginning home schooling.
Withdraw from prior school (if applicable)
Withdraw the child from any current school.
2.During the year
Keep a record of instruction
Maintain a record of the planned curriculum and the child's progress.
3.End of year
Submit an annual progress report or test
Provide an annual assessment of progress; standardized testing is required in grades 3, 5, 8, and 10 (results submitted to the school), or an alternative approved measure.
