File the annual PSA with the California Department of Education (window Oct 1–15).
Maintain attendance & course records
Keep attendance records and a list of courses of study as required of private schools.
2.During the Year
Keep instruction in required subjects
Provide instruction in the branches of study taught in California public schools.
3.End of Year
Retain records for audit
Retain the year's records; be prepared to produce them on request.
