Arizona的办理流程
1.Establish the program
File the affidavit of intent
File a one-time notarized affidavit of intent to homeschool with the county school superintendent within 30 days of beginning home instruction. Include the child's name, date of birth, and current custodial adults' contact details.
Withdraw from prior school (if applicable)
Withdraw the child from any current public or private school.
2.During the year
Teach the required subjects
Provide instruction in reading, grammar, mathematics, science, and social studies. No testing or reporting is required.
3.End of year
File a termination affidavit only if you stop
There is no annual filing. If you stop homeschooling in the county, file an affidavit of termination with the county superintendent within 30 days.
